Basic tenant screening packages including a scorecard, credit report and a national criminal data base search are available for as less than $20.00 for qualified property managers and landlords. More thorough criminal and civil checks are available at an additional fee. Additional fees of fifty to seventy-five dollars may be charged in some situations for credit report compliance inspections and for scorecard development. Contact us for specifics.
